We are a bold, values-led organisation dedicated to nurturing visionaries, creatives, entrepreneurs, young people and professionals of all ages—particularly those from under-represented or marginalised backgrounds.

Our work creates space for critical reflection, systemic change and human-centred growth, helping individuals and organisations develop the insight and tools needed to thrive. Through training, workshops, mentoring and thought-leadership, we support people to explore identity, lead with purpose, and engage with the world in more meaningful ways.

CYG Academy is the heart of our community-focused work—a vibrant opportunities network that supports visionaries, creatives, young people, families, and professionals, particularly those from underrepresented or marginalised backgrounds. Through mentorship, workshops, and collaborative programmes, the Academy nurtures talent, builds confidence, and opens pathways for creative expression, leadership, and personal growth. Its focus is on reducing barriers, fostering a sense of belonging, and empowering individuals to drive change in their communities and beyond.

CYG Gold Consultancy supports organisations and leaders in building inclusive, forward-thinking cultures through expert training and strategic guidance.

CYG Gold Consultancy, on the other hand, is our corporate and organisational training arm. We work with businesses, institutions and leadership teams to embed equity, inclusion and innovation at every level. As thought leaders and facilitators, we offer bespoke training, research, and strategic development to help organisations evolve from intention to conscious, impactful practice. Our work is rooted in conscious competence, helping clients create cultures that empower diverse teams and spark meaningful transformation.
